It means a lot for a construction company to receive an award from the Houzz community. And we are obliged being one of them. By receiving the “Best of Houzz 2019” award from the Houzz community, our portfolio was voted most popular by the Houzz community. The memorable day was January 19, 2019.

On Addition

The year 2019 came up with the best moments for the team of Unique Home as we awarded two more badges after receiving an award in January. By these, we got recognition as well as our work became an exposure to many people. We are glad that our hard work and creativity is making its way to reach many hearts.

Unique Home Construction is based in Bellevue, WA which enables us to provide exclusive interior design consultancy across the breadth of the West Coast.

We are not tied to one manufacturer so we can source bespoke modern remodel, fixtures and fittings from our vast supply of known luxury modern brands. We only use products and appliances that as designers we are confident in the quality of finish and service.
Our design team specialise in bespoke modern kitchen design and installation alongside luxury wardrobes, lounge systems, bed stands & designer modern remodel pieces.

The broad spectrum of modern remodel suppliers and special contract rates on appliances allow us to get the most out of your projected project costs and create amazing bespoke designs. The best bit is we don’t have large overheads, because we don’t have a big showroom to run, this allows Unique Home Construction to be more competitive with our pricing and pass on the savings to our clients. We provide a complete and personalised service from initial design consultation and specification by one of our talented designers, right through to final installation.

Working alongside your designer is a team of dedicated Project Managers, Customer service, scheduling and accounts department ensuring the smooth running of your project from concept to completion.

Contracts Division

Unique Home Construction also have a specialist contracts division with solutions for specific requirements. We work closely with Housebuilders and Developers across the USA implementing our knowledge of the modern fitted remodel market and current design trends to design, supply and install fitted kitchens and remodel for all levels of developments and multi plot contracts, maximising the returns and potential of each project.

Wide Range of Services

Unique Home Construction only use the highest quality countertops and masons for our projects with state of the art templating and manufacturing processes allowing for perfect fit and finishing. We can supply Corian, Composite, Natural Stones, granites and Marbles, Stainless steel, Glass, Wood and even Ceramic worktops and surfaces. All surfaces are templated on site once the remodel has been installed before they go into production, allowing for a precise fit.

Qualified Interior Designers

All of our designers are Qualified in Interior Design or equivalent. With over 15 years experience in the industry, listening carefully to our clients brief and working closely with our suppliers we believe that our designs sell themselves. Our designers have experience in working on large scale multiple plot contracts, Multi million dollar one off new builds and High End private residence .
