Clyde Hill, Washington, is a small town with lots of charm. Clyde Hill is known for its beauty and has a rich history. Clyde Hill was initially founded in the 1880s and quickly became popular among settlers because of its many natural resources. The founders were attracted to Clyde Hill because it had an abundance of timber, coal, and clay deposits, as well as mineral springs that provided healing water. Clyde hill's homes are some of the most expensive in all Clyde hills because they have so much character compared with other cities that look very similar in their architecture. Many people will go out of their way to live there, such as driving from Seattle or even flying into different airports outside the Pacific Northwest like Salt Lake City simply because they want to move closer towards nature without having too far away from society's amenities which include shopping areas, schools, and restaurants along with Clyde hills entertainment. Clyde Hill is just a short drive away from major cities, including Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland, in the Clyde Hill area and other towns like Medina, Yarrow Point, and Hunts Point.
